Tomato Salad with Basil Honey Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
3-4 T. Balsamic Vinegar
3 T. Honey
1 t. salt
½ C. Mild Olive Oil
Fresh chopped basil, about ½ C.
2-2.5 pounds ripe beefsteak or other flavorful tomatoes, sliced
Fresh Mozzarella slices.
Directions:
Wisk together first 4 ingredients.
Place mozzarella slices on tomatoes, then fresh chopped basil and drizzle sauce over the top.
